Exhibit at the ZACC & Friends Holiday Show!

Hear ye, hear ye!

All past and present staff, board members, volunteers, studio holders, instructors, students, ZACC Gallery artists, visitors, and ZACC collaborators are invited to submit to the ZACC & Friends 2024 Group Art Show that coincides with our Annual Holiday Open House. Artists are invited to submit 1-3 pieces. There is no submission fee, and any size artwork and any medium are welcome.

SHOW DETAILS:

Exhibition dates // First Friday Dec 6 - Sunday Dec 29
Opening Reception // First Friday Dec 6 // 5 - 8 pm

ARTIST RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. When submitting, please add a few sentences about how you are associated with the ZACC and why you love the ZACC. These quotes will be printed on your art tag and hung alongside your work*. (*They also help us secure grant funding so don't be shy!)

2. Press quality images of your work are not required but appreciated. High quality pictures will be used for promotional materials.

3. Artists are responsible for pricing their own work, and all submitted pieces must be for sale. Artists will retain 60% of the final sale price. A completed W9 must be submitted when dropping off artworks.

4. By applying through Submittable artists agree to indemnify and hold ZACC and its employees, agents, and volunteers, including the town of Missoula, harmless from any loss, theft, or damage to the artwork.

All artwork must be framed and/or wired and ready to hang. Please let us know if you need a shelf or a pedestal in advance. The ZACC resumes the right to use their discretion to display or not display any works submitted to this show.

5. Artists must fill out and sign a W9 form when dropping off their artwork.

IMPORTANT DATES TO ADD TO YOUR CALENDAR:
Deadline to sign up - Friday, November 15, 2024
Drop off artwork by - Friday, November 22, 2024 (at 216 W. Main St.)
Opening Reception - First Friday, December 6, 2024, from 5-8 PM - ZACC Main Gallery
Unsold artwork pick-up - January 2, 2024 - January 15, 2024

ART PICKUP DATE:
Unless previous arrangements have been made with Gallery Staff, all unsold artwork must be picked up by January 15, 2024. Please note all work left at the ZACC for more than 5 days after the pickup date (January 20) becomes the property of the ZACC.

SALES:
1. All artwork must be for sale.

2. Exhibiting artists will price their own work, and retain 60% of the final sale price. A completed W9 must be submitted when dropping off artworks.

3. The ZACC will retain a 40% commission on all sales.

4. Artist payments will be issued via check, which will be sent to the address indicated on your Submittable submission.

5. Unsold Artwork notifications will go out the week of January 2, 2024.
