On April 6, 2024, the Zootown Arts Community Center (ZACC) will celebrate its 12th Annual Mini Show Benefit Auction in the beautifully renovated Commercial Building at the Missoula County Fairgrounds. For our 2024 Mini Show Art Auction and Gala we've again secured this well-appointed space in order to share visual creations of all sizes. We've designed the 2024 ZACC Mini Show Auction to be accessible for artists, attendees, and even folks who are unable to attend. Your work, if jury selected, will be exhibited at the ZACC throughout the month of March 2024, with a public opening on First Friday, March 1. It will also be exhibited online through the Givergy auction platform, so that potential buyers can bid on your work regardless of whether they are able to attend the event. When submitting, please know that we always provide special event perks for artists who choose to donate 100% of the proceeds from the sale of their artwork. We're still finalizing details for this year's event – stay tuned for fun updates – but will continue to provide perks in line with, or better than, perks received in previous years for artists donating 100% as our way of saying thank you for your support.

The ZACC Mini Show, as our signature gala event, always brings folks together for an evening filled with fun, entertainment, and of course, beautiful art. Attendees can expect a full night of celebration and entertainment, featuring silent and live art auctions, a dessert auction with delectables created by Missoula's best chefs, delicious food, a cash bar, and lots of opportunities to connect with artistic minded folks in our community. The Mini Show is the ZACC's largest fundraising event of the year, and art donations made to the Mini Show support year-round arts programming and education for the Missoula community and its visitors. With your help, we hope this year will boast the most incredible catalog of local and regional art yet!

Any medium is welcome. Works will be jury selected. No triptychs or diptychs, unless they are framed as one piece or otherwise physically connected.

Artists may choose to give a 50%, 75%, or 100% donation of the final sale prices. Bidding will start at half the declared value. Please consider what your works have recently sold for in determining this. Please don't be shy about pricing your work for what it is worth! Consider the following article for guidelines on pricing https://www.magazine.artconnect.com/resources/how-to-price-your-art, and of course, if you have any questions, please feel free to ask us! MINI-MUM (haha) declared value is $100. Only the works jury-selected will be considered for the show; you may not substitute.

ARTIST BENEFITS

Inclusion in our 12th Annual Mini Show Art Auction, exhibiting at the ZACC and online. We recognize the success of this event is highly dependent on the generosity of the talented artists in our community. In that vein, we always provide special event perks for artists who choose to donate 100% of the proceeds from the sale of their artwork. We're still finalizing details for this year's event – stay tuned for fun updates – but will continue to provide perks in line with, or better than, perks received in previous years for artists donating 100% as our way of saying thank you for your support.
