Patricia Thornton (ZACC Gallery Director & Print Shop Manager) is a Montana based printmaker who specializes in woodcut, intaglio, screen, and monoprints. For this demo, she will be walking us through the process of making a woodcut print. Students will follow along as she
moves through the steps of transferring an image to wood, carving, inking, and printing her woodblock print. Class will sometimes run beyond the hour, until demo is over and questions have been addressed.
