This class will address the fundamentals involved in creating that unique art form, that we called cartooning. We will go over the basics of drawing cartoons - single and multi-panel comics, supported by "how-to" lessons on drawing faces, backgrounds, lettering, coming up with gags and storylines, and compiling our results in the latest volume of ZACC Comics. The class will collaborate on the creation of a comic book and each camper will take home a copy. Taught by Tim Thornton.
