Prerequisites: Beggining Relief or Equivalent Experience
In this class students will learn a multiple colored relief printing technique that was originally developed by Picasso in the late 1950s. Students will design and create a three layered linocut print in this five week course.

Always wanted to be in a band, but never knew how to get started?
This camp is for adult women that have not had enough opportunities to ROCK!
Students will learn to use screen and relief printmaking techniques to create original gift tags, cards, ornaments, garlands and more. All supplies included. After this class you’ll have one of every kind of project to take home along with a wood block you’ve carved so you can continue creating an edition of prints!
In this holiday-themed glass fusing class students will create stunning, detailed flat glass ornaments by way of fusing glass. Create transparent designs that you can see your tree light through, or bold opaque ornaments sure to garner some compliments. Students can make two 2x3 inch ornaments, and are invited to make more for $12* each!
Gear up for the holidays by learning how to work with clay in order to make stunning, functional luminaries out of clay! We will provide all the supplies, glazes, instruction, and fun! After this clay you will have the skillsets to work with clay and the time to come to the ZACC and create more luminaries before the holiday!

The Zootown Arts Community Center hosts the Hero Sound Project, a drop-in music class for veterans each week on Thursday from 6 to 8 pm.No music experience is required. We have the instruments and minimal instruction to get together and create music in community. All veterans welcome. This is a free opportunity to connect with others and create together in a safe and welcoming setting. The Hero Sound Project is currently in need of volunteer instructors and donations of musical instruments.Visit here for our accessibility information.
Create one of a kind prints using hand tools, students will learn to produce woodcut prints, printing by hand and with a lawn roller press. Clear instruction and introductory exercises will guide beginners in learning this medium; students with previous experience will be challenged to develop ideas and engage in more advanced techniques. All Artists are invited to walk with the ZACC in this years Festival of The Dead Parade.
Students will learn a variety of printmaking processes through a series of projects and experiments. Processes include screen printing, relief printing, and intaglio printing. Students will also be given an introduction to the history of printmaking, and the works of historic and contemporary printmakers. Experience is welcome, but not required.
