March 11, 2017 marks the Zootown Arts Community Center’s 5th annual Mini Show, our signature fundraising banquet and art auction. The Mini Show is one of the most creative and well-attended art events in Western Montana and has sold out every year to 200 attendees. This year, we are again excited to host the event at the beautiful Wilma building, and our 2017 decorating and dress theme is Under the Sea. In order to maximize the impact of this fundraiser, we look to local businesses to underwrite event costs with sponsorships. We would be honored if your business chose to sponsor the Mini Show as a way of publicly demonstrating your dedication to the ZACC and our mission of providing engaging, inspiring, and accessible arts experiences to the Missoula community.
The ZACC has served Missoula from its Northside location since 2008, bringing community events and arts programming to people of all ages. The ZACC’s art gallery, do-it-yourself printshop, pottery and glass fusing studios provide walk-in opportunities for creativity throughout the year to hundreds of families, youth, and seniors. Annually, our youth after-school art program, music programs, spring break and summer camps provide thousands of hours of youth arts education, and in 2016, we funded over 200 scholarships so that kids from all income levels could participate. All proceeds raised during the Mini Show support the ZACC’s community arts programs and scholarships.
This year, the ZACC’s 5th Annual Mini Show will be held on the evening of Saturday, March 11, 2017 and will feature a mini cocktail hour; a silent and live auction of small artworks submitted by many well known regional artists; a mini dessert auction in which Missoula’s favorite bakers will submit their best, most creative and delicious works of art; and music and dancing to follow.
Your sponsorship of the Mini Show will directly support the arts and accessible arts education in Missoula, experiences that make our community a unique and special place in Western Montana. Sponsors of the Mini Show can choose to support ZACC at one of the following sponsorship levels: Whale, Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Bronze. Please see attached sponsorship menu for details. All sponsors will be recognized at the event and on event materials, featured on our website, social media, newsletter, and annual report. Sponsorships are tax deductible.
